A place from our past—a hometown, a place where grandparents/parents lived, or a special place we traveled to as a child. Somewhere in our memory that holds a warm glow, a place we long to return to, made magical by the passing of time. A place that, if revisited, might seem smaller and less shiny than we remember.

I was inspired to create these paintings for a production of Trip To Bountiful at Bas Bleu Theater in Fort Collins. This exhibit was in Bleu Gallery at Bas Blue 2025.
